We started in Timișoara, with residential projects for private clients and developers. Industrial and commercial work followed, for clients that need a fixed budget, a fixed date and a complete record.
Today we work from two places: the registered office in Timișoara and a professional base in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. We offer two services, Project Management and General Contracting, and we apply the same method to both.

Alex Timoc, PMP
With project management experience since 2014, Alex has developed his professional practice through direct coordination of construction projects, budget management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Practical experience is complemented by engineering studies, specialist courses and professional certifications.
The portfolio includes residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, including X City Towers, Timișoara Convention Center, work for Continental and public investments financed through the National Investment Company (CNI).
Gunther Wood (Goldbeck Solar EPC), a 7 MW photovoltaic park in the United Kingdom. Site and quality supervision of photovoltaic structure and panel installation.
Early in his career, Alex worked on the steel structure design for the viaduct in Poitiers, France.
