We prepare the tender documents, compare the bids on equal terms, negotiate, and recommend the award. You sign contracts that protect your budget.
We are on site. We check quality, quantities and progress, we run the weekly meeting, and we report cost and schedule each month. Changes get a price and your approval before they are built.
We manage snagging, the reception protocols, the as-built file and the final accounts. You receive a building you can use and a complete record.
